Meet The Staff
Jeanne / Practice Coordinator
Jeanne is originally from Freeport, in Long Island, New York. Jeanne worked as the office manager and dental assistant in a private practice from 1980 to 1991. She then went to the University of Florida College of Dentistry where she was office manager of UF Sterilization Monitoring Service from 1991 to 2001 and supervisor of Central Sterilization from 2001 to 2009.
Jeanne is a proud mother and grandmother. She enjoys spending time gardening, listening to jazz and going to Rays games. Jeanne is also a big Gator fan.
Carla / Practice Manager
Carla is one of the first friendly faces you will see when you enter the office. She is a fourth generation Floridian who has worked in the dental field for many years and has more than three decades of business management experience. Carla is a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers. She is glad to assist you with finance and benefit questions. Carla enjoys photography and crafting. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her family, especially her granddaughters and taking trips with her husband.
Stephanie / Scheduling Coordinator
Stephanie joined our All Smiles team in 2016 after being self employed for many years. She is a 4th generation Floridian and 3rd generation Tampa native. She has lived in Land O’ Lakes for over 30 years where she and her husband Jim raised their 4 children. In her off time she enjoys spending time with her ever growing family, including 7 almost 8 grandkids.

Amy / Certified Dental Assistant
Amy joined the All Smiles Tampa Bay Team in 2011, but she has been working with Dr. Melissa at a previous office since 2006.
Amy is originally from Michigan and moved to Florida in 1992. Amy enjoys spending time with her three children. Her hobbies include being outdoors and enjoying Florida.

Sonia / Certified Dental Assistant
Sonia was born in California but has lived in Florida the majority of her life. She recently finished school at Central Florida Institute for Dental Assisting. Sonia joined the All Smiles Tampa Bay team in 2013 and plans to continue furthering her education at St. Petersburg College to pursue a career in the Dental Hygiene field. Sonia was also a part of The Central Pasco Chamber Of Commerce Dancing with Our Stars with fellow team members in 2013. She has a beautiful daughter Bella who she enjoys spending quality time with.
Angela / Registered Dental Hygienist
Angela graduated from University of Medicine and Dentistry in Newark, New Jersey in 1990 with her degree in dental hygiene. She has previously worked in a well-established periodontal practice in North Carolina. When her husband retired from the military, In 2000 Angela and her family moved to Land O’ Lakes.
Angela enjoys dental hygiene. Her goal is to educate her patients as well as make them feel at ease and comfortable throughout their treatment. Angela feels fortunate to be part of the All Smiles Tampa Bay dental team.
Angela and her husband, Michael, have two children, Michael Rafael and Angela Marie. In her leisure time, Angela enjoys reading, going to the beach and spending time with her family.
Martha / Registered Dental Hygienist
Martha, a native Floridian, moved to the Tampa Bay area and has been a practicing dental hygienist since 1979. She feels blessed to have found her home here at All Smiles Tampa Bay as of March, 2010. Staying current with continuing dental education is very important to Martha and she is currently a member of the Pinnacle Study Club.
She is passionate about seeing her patients’ oral health improve through education, motivation, and encouragement. Her gentle touch, efficiency, and compassion are truly appreciated by her patients.
In her spare time, Martha enjoys being outdoors, gardening, hiking, knitting, sewing, spending time with family, friends, and her sweet dog, Ruca.
